We started off with the Varsity match with Sophie Cook at Center (7 draw possessions, 1 goal, 2 additional SOGs) working to gain possession and move the ball up field. Captain Brigid Morrison led the scoring drive and had some spicy shots on net (3 goals, 1 assist). Rachel Kilduff was relentless on attack and defense fighting for the ball and attacking the net (4 draw possessions, 3 goals, 1 assist, 1 additional SOG). Captain Sarah Walman made key plays on offense and defense as well as adding some comic relief to the game (2 goals, 3 assists, 2 additional SOGs)Danielle Gavin, Chloe Bass, Ciara Morrison, Aradia Jacobson, and Olivia Noonan all made key plays on offense and defense in an effort to keep FA at bay. 
 
On the defensive end, Goalie Grace Pepe had 9 saves in net, supported by Gabi Boucher, Lily Healy, Talyor Vasta, Kerry O'Brien, Isabella Sweeney and Sarah Gavin. The defense got quite a workout yesterday as the ball was in our defensive end for the majority of the game. They worked well together communicating and sliding to slow down the FA attack. 
 
The final score was 20-9 FA. our record is now 6-6, 6-5 C&I League
 
Next the JV took to the mud with Emma Navarro at Center fighting for possession on the draw (2 goals, 2 additional SOGs). Maddy Strick (1 goal, 1 assist) was the first to score for the Navigators, putting a spicy shot into net. Bella Harrington attacked the Mariner's net relentlessly (2 goals, 2 additional SOGs)Captain Riley Niederberger made a fast break after forcing a turn over in our defensive end and ran the ball up the field (1 SOG). Kitty Bova, Jenna Ellis, and Brenna Colvin also made key plays on attack cutting through the 8 and transitioning up field. 
On the Defensive end Katelyn Coughlin took to net in the first half with 3 saves and Bri Sigel dominated the second half with 4 saves; our goalies are awesome! Emily O'Brien, Anya Ghai, Maddy Shaw, and Mackenzie Yuska worked like a well oiled machine to shut down the Mariners offense. 
 
The Final Score was 5-4 WEST!!!
